DILPOMA IN BAKERY & CONFECTIONERY

Short term courses in the area of Bakery & Confectionery aim at making learning over a shorter period of time. The students are trained in the critical areas of culinary arts and bakery. On completion of one year of regular classes and practical training in college, the students are sent to hotels and allied segments in the domain.After six months of internship, the students have the option of working as a full time employee. CCHMCT has the best placement record as a huge number of companies visit the campus to source talent from CGC, Landran. Some of the prominent hotels that visit the campus are Hyatt Regency, Taj Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, Lemon Tree, Jubilant Foods etc. The diploma courses help the students to make their career not only in India, but abroad as well.

Eligibility Criteria

The students who have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board are eligible to apply. The maximum age limit is 25 years. The students are selected through counseling conducted in second week of July.

The Bakery and Confectionery Industry is expanding across the country as well as a good opportunity lies outside the country too. Their exist a lot of opportunities to work with in this segment either within a five star hotel or a independent bakery and confectionery brand.
