DILPOMA IN BAKERY & CONFECTIONERY

Short term courses in the area of Bakery & Confectionery aim at making learning over a shorter period of time. The students are trained in the critical areas of culinary arts and bakery. On completion of one year of regular classes and practical training in college, the students are sent to hotels and allied segments in the domain.After six months of internship, the students have the option of working as a full time employee. CCHMCT has the best placement record as a huge number of companies visit the campus to source talent from CGC, Landran. Some of the prominent hotels that visit the campus are Hyatt Regency, Taj Hotels, Kempinski Hotels, Lemon Tree, Jubilant Foods etc. The diploma courses help the students to make their career not only in India, but abroad as well.

The students who have passed 10+2 in any stream from any recognized board are eligible to apply. The maximum age limit is 25 years. The students are selected through counseling conducted in second week of July.

After completing the program, the students have opportunities in the sector of Bakery and Confectionery on both national and international level. Restaurants, Mechanized Bakery Chains, Catering Company, and Flight Kitchen are some of the most recompensing domains related to bakery and confectionery industry. The Diploma while augmenting the skills of the students makes them eligible for job profiles such as Chefs, Bakery specialists, Maintenance Manager, Supply Chain Managers, etc.
