Labs & Training Centres

The food production department at CCHMCT incorporates state of art laboratories for experiential learning. The college has three state-of-the-art Kitchens namely the Basic Training Kitchen (BTK), the Quantity Food Kitchen (QFK), and the Advanced Training Kitchen (ATK) which are fully equipped with the latest appliances, cooking range, refrigeration, and all the other modern gadgets and equipment.


The two exclusive restaurants in the college, the Advanced Training Restaurant (Hot Cocoa) and the Basic Training Restaurant (BTR) are aesthetically designed to give the students a real feel of service in a fine dining environment as in any of the five-star restaurants. Adorned with luxurious interiors along with all the modern service equipment and facilities, they act as valuable assets for the students to hone their service skills. Keeping in mind the changing trends and hi-tech approach in the foodservice operations, the students are also imparted computer education as a part of the course curriculum.

Deluxe Suite

The Deluxe Suite with its excellent and plush decor is the Hallmark of our quality infrastructure. Designed exactly as the Deluxe Suite of a five-star hotel, it is used by the students to learn essential skills in housekeeping and accommodation operations

Model Guest Room

The twin bedded model guest room is provided along with the deluxe suite for the beginners to learn the basic practical skills in the housekeeping operations. Students learn the primary skills of bed making, cleaning, and maintaining hotel rooms. The guest room is well laid out with all the features and amenities to give real-time experience.


CCHMCT has one of the region’s best and fully operational in house bakery and confectionery for its students. The students do live training sessions in the confectionary and bakery. It is widely used to give hands-on practical experience to attain proficiency in bakery and encourage students to become entrepreneurs. The department trains the students in the art of making various types of bread, confectionaries, ice creams, cakes, pudding, etc making them proficient in this field.

Spacious Library

The well-equipped library with a special Reference Section has a collection of the best books on hospitality and tourism. Apart from the regular collection, we have some e-books and online study material that act as a pivotal resource for the teachers as well as the students in enriching their knowledge.

Conference Hall

The students have a dedicated conference hall of international standards at their disposal for comprehensive training in Personality Development and Group Discussions. The hall is fully air-conditioned and is equipped with the latest public address system and LCD projector screen to facilitate guest lectures, discussions, presentations, and seminars, etc.


The college has a dedicated Laundry Lab. Modeled on the lines of professional laundries in five-star hotels; the Lab is fully equipped with high tech machines and washing equipment. It is an important tool for students to become skilled in cleaning operations.
